I was absolutely thrilled to visit Studio Global, a dynamic graphic design company based in Boscombe. This small but mighty team specializes in helping businesses thrive through innovative branding, film production, and digital services.
What really stood out to me was the sense of unity within the team. As a close-knit company, they seamlessly combine each team member’s unique skills to bring a project to life. It was inspiring to watch them collaborate in such a relaxed, comfortable environment, where creativity flows freely. I particularly enjoyed seeing the films they’ve created for various companies to help elevate their brand presence and connect with their audiences.
One thing that gave me pause, however, was the gender imbalance I noticed. During my visit, I saw only one woman working alongside three men. While they mentioned that not everyone was in the office that day, I still felt that diversity is something I’d like to see more of in the workplace. I value an environment where both men and women can contribute equally to the creative process.
Despite that, I could see myself working at Studio Global, or in a similar small company setting. The supportive atmosphere, where everyone is eager to help each other out, made me feel at ease and inspired. I realized that, to follow in their footsteps, I need to focus on strengthening my motion design skills and building a strong portfolio to showcase my abilities.
